Queensland Laboratory gets AQIS Permit to import Quarantine Soil Samples

Queensland Laboratory received its AQIS permit (Ref: IP08016772) to import quarantine soil samples from all over the world. The main reason for the permit application was as a requirement for the analysis of UNMIT Soil samples potentially containing asbestos, however the business development team at Queensland Laboratory has had the permit extended to allow for the importation of soil samples for all forms of analysis.
